Mae'r safle yn eiddo ar y cyd gyda Choed Cadw. Rydym wedi bod yn adfer cynefinoedd mawn a choetir yr ucheldir ar y safle ers 2017. Rôl wirfoddol yw hon; bydd hyfforddiant a chefnogaeth yn cael eu darparu. Bydd ein intern yn rhan greiddiol o’n tîm a bydd yn cael y cyfle i ddysgu am bob agwedd o’n gwaith i adfer cynefinoedd a chysylltu pobl â byd natur. Er nad oes angen unrhyw brofiad na sgiliau, dylech allu dangos eich brwdfrydedd dros ddysgu am ein gwaith, a bod yn awyddus i ddysgu mwy am ein gwaith yn adfer cynefinoedd ar gyfer bywyd gwyllt, ac yn cysylltu pobl ifanc â byd natur. Bydd croeso arbennig i ymgeiswyr o blith pobl iau (18+), yn ogystal â phobl â sgiliau Cymraeg.


ABOUT US

Coetir Anian (Cambrian Wildwood) is a small charity managing Bwlch Corog, a 142ha upland site near Machynlleth, mid Wales, for the benefit of nature, biodiversity and local community. The site is owned jointly with the Woodland Trust. We have been restoring upland peat and woodland habitats on site since 2017. We create opportunities for people to connect with nature and learn about nature restoration and local heritage through our inspiring education and wellbeing programmes. ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a volunteer role; training and support will be provided. Our intern will be a core part of our team and will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our work to restore habitats and connect people with nature. While no experience or skills is necessary, you should be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm for learning about our work, and be keen to learn more about our work restoring habitats for wildlife, and connecting young people with nature. Younger applicants (18+) will be particularly welcomed, as will people with Welsh language skills.

About Coetir Anian / Cambrian Wildwood

Coetir Anian is the charity running the Cambrian Wildwood project, supported by project partner and freehold owner of Bwlch Corog, Woodland Trust. Coetir Anian was founded in 2007. Cambrian Wildwood is set in the uplands of Mid Wales near the River Dyfi and the sea. It is a place and a project – restoring the habitats and species of this landscape and giving people deep nature experiences in a wild setting.
