Our motivation is to make it as easy as possible for environmental organisations, however small, to advertise nationally.
Since 2002 – we’ve posted 100,000 ads and helped over 3,000 organisations find great people.

Every year we donate a percentage of our net profit (what’s left after expenses and salaries) to charity.
Everyone who works for the company gets to choose a charity for their share. This year we split £14,000 between Heal Rewilding, Refuweegee, Brockworth Hedgehog Rescue, Food Behind Bars and Exeter Food Action.
