Scottish Forestry are currently looking for a part time Case Support Officer to join our South Conservancy Case Support Team based in our Dumfries office.
About us
South Conservancy is responsible for promoting, controlling and regulating all aspects of woodland management throughout the south of Scotland. We also provide advice and support on areas of Scottish Government policy, including the delivery of the Scottish Forestry Strategy (SFS) Implementation Plan. The Conservancy covers the Dumfries and Galloway and Borders local authority areas and the southernmost areas of Ayrshire.
About the role
This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a crucial part in supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a Case Support Officer, you'll be involved in the end-to-end administration of forestry-related processes, including the coordination and delivery of forest grants and felling permissions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records—both manual and electronic—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the smooth operation of our systems.
