We are looking for someone with sound ecological skills and a passion for wildlife to join our management team, taking a leading role in the development and delivery of our work across the wider landscape. Wildlife is in freefall both locally and nationally and we want to tip the balance in favour of nature’s recovery. We need to work in partnership with many more landowners and partner organisations across our area, creating connections for a larger, more resilient and coherent network of both healthy habitats and populations of species.

You will work with the conservation team to develop and deliver projects for reaching our ’30 by 30’ target across south and west Wales. We will forge new partnerships to drive forward nature’s recovery and our plans and decisions will be based on sound scientific evidence. The work will be a mixture of strategy/ management and hands-on, proper conservation!

We are committed to putting equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of The Wildlife Trusts, to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the joy of wildlife in their daily lives.
