Conservation & Wildlife

This is a truly exciting time to be joining Fauna & Flora’s Fundraising Team. Over the past couple of years, we have established a fundraising programme that is going from strength-to-strength. More people than ever before are choosing to support our work, and as a result our donor base is rapidly growing.

The new role of Trusts & Foundations Manager is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, fundraising-savvy candidate to help Fauna & Flora achieve its ambitious fundraising goals. The role will focus on providing exemplary account management to trusts and foundation donors, maximising the value of partnerships through providing excellent stewardship and building strategic relationships to ensure long term support. Our key audiences are currently in the UK and USA – where we are developing an in-country fundraising team that this role will work closely with.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for finding solutions for nature, people and climate, and be able to inspire and convey that passion convincingly to donors through personal outreach and engaging written communications. We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative fundraiser with experience within the charity sector, particularly from having secured grants and developing relationships with trusts and foundations. We are also seeking a candidate with the ability to build effective internal relationships in order to track the delivery of projects and deliver inspiring reporting for donors.

The role represents an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment, supporting globally important approaches for people, nature and climate.

In addition, Fauna & Flora offers a generous pension contribution, attractive annual leave allowance and life insurance.

Our offices are located in The David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge, just a few minutes’ walk from glorious historic buildings and museums, the picturesque River Cam, the central market and shopping centre, and a host of cafés and restaurants.

The closing date for applications is Sunday, 15 June 2025. Interviews are likely to take place during the week commencing 23 June 2025.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship of a Skilled Worker Visa.
