We're on the lookout for a brilliant Senior Development Manager to play a leading role in delivering a renewed vision for Nansledan. You will provide strategic oversight across all aspects of the development, delivering a vibrant community of homes, commercial spaces and other facilities, including Nansledan’s exciting High Street, “Market Street”.
If you are an RICS member with experience in delivering complex development projects and a desire to use business as a vehicle for social and environmental impact, this could be your next role!
You will work to help the Duchy to maximise its commercial, social and environmental impact, bringing visionary and strategic thinking, a can-do attitude, the ability to problem-solve in a dynamic environment, exceptional leadership skills, and an excellent ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence.
