We are now looking for a Membership Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Membership Officer, you will grow and support our community of individual and corporate members.
You will lead on maintaining and developing member relationships, ensuring timely communications and fulfilment, and driving recruitment and retention campaigns to grow our supporter base.
Managing the end-to-end membership journey, you will process donations, update records, deliver welcome packs and co-ordinate member events. Acting as the main point of contact for membership queries, you’ll ensure a positive and engaging experience for all members.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead on member communications, including renewals, feedback surveys and updates
- Support with proofreading and delivery of membership magazines and web content
- Coordinate membership income processing and support finance administration
About You
To be considered as a Membership Officer, you will need:
- Experience in customer relations, membership liaison or another front-of-house role
- Experience working with a range of software packages, such as CRMs, Mailchimp (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
