We are recruiting for Finance Officer.

To assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records for the Trust.

Key responsibilities include organising the Finance Team's email inbox and managing incoming mail, processing customer invoices, assisting with credit control, and collaborating with other teams to set up and process purchase orders and goods received notes as required. Additionally, you will process supplier invoices, ensuring proper authorisation before payment approval, and provide general administrative support such as filing and scanning. You will plan, organise, and manage your workload to ensure all duties and processes are completed accurately and on time. Travel to other business locations may be required.

Term : Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week

Interviews will be held in person on the week commencing 02 June 2025.
