Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) are seeking a Seasonal Facilities Operative to join our dynamic and effective Operations Team.

Location: Aberdour Silver Sands
Salary: £23,783.40 (pro rata)
Hours: Part-Time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (09:45 – 18:15 Mar–Sep; & 09:45 – 16:15 Oct)
Contract Type: Fixed Term to 31st October 2025

About the role:

Fife Coast and Countryside Trust are looking to recruit a Seasonal Facilities Operative to carry out cleaning duties under the direction of the Lead Operative and the opening, closing and cleaning of public conveniences and external approach areas using the necessary tools and equipment.

About you:

We are looking for a flexible and positive individual to join our team. You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
  • Good communication and customer skill.
  • Previous experience of working in this type of work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to tasks.
  • Remains positive when faced with conflicting pressures.
  • Able to carry out the duties of the post.
  • Able to travel independently throughout Fife.
  • Driving licence is desirable, but not a requirement for this role.
