Strategic Ecologist
EMEC Ecology (A subsidiary of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ecologist to lead delivery of major biodiversity improvements across Network Rail's Eastern Region.
You will be joining a national programme that is driving real change on a landscape scale, using data, habitat knowledge, and practical action to boost biodiversity across the rail estate.
You will be working with an experienced team of Strategic and Operational Ecologists, acting as the Ecological Lead for an area of the Eastern Region. Working closely with stakeholders, internal teams and other Ecologists you will deliver high-quality plans and practical habitats.
Contract type: Fixed Term contract or Self Employed
This role is subject to a DBS (Basic) Check.
