The team
The Datamatch team sits within the Data and Digital team at Energy Saving Trust and provides a service enabling registered users to upload customer details to be validated by Department of Work and Pensions for eligibility for the ‘ECO4’ scheme and ‘Great British Insulation Scheme’ via an encrypted data exchange.
The Datamatch team relies on teamwork, collaboration, excellent communication and professionalism to deliver the service to a high standard to our service users and other stakeholders.
The role
Provide high-quality, professional administrative support to the Datamatch service such as registration to the service, data transfer with the Department for Work and Pensions, auditing of service users, and day-to-day enquiries received via phone and email mailbox.
Working in the team means you will play a part in delivering energy efficiency measures to address the climate emergency whilst supporting the businesses that are themselves helping through the work they do.
