Merseyside Environmental Advisory Service (MEAS) is a specialist unit which provides advice on specific environmental matters to the six District Councils making up the Liverpool City Region.

Our Vision for the MEAS is to provide a cost-effective sub-regional centre of environmental excellence, efficiently delivering high quality environmental advice and sustainable solutions to our Local Authority customers for the benefit of the people and environment of the Liverpool City Region.
