Working for Forest of Bowland National Landscape

The National Landscape is a partnership organisation made up of local authorities, national environmental agencies and local representatives from landowning and recreation interest groups. Representatives from these groups sit on the Forest of Bowland National Landscape Joint Advisory Committee (JAC).

The National Landscape Partnership is the body responsible for co-ordinating efforts to conserve and enhance the Forest of Bowland, and its work is carried out through the staff team employed through its accountable body, Lancashire County Council.
