Working for Ambios

Ambios is a not-for-profit nature conservation training organisation. We deliver nature recovery traineeships and projects, that aim to develop skills and learning, and progress people towards their goals working with nature.

We run a 130-acre working farm on the Sharpham Estate in South Devon. Here trainees gain practical skills and hands-on experiences with an emphasis on nature recovery.

Managing the land in this way allows us to reprioritise and reconnect with the world around us by reinstating self-regulating landscapes and understanding nature’s needs.
