The Mammal Society is the only organisation dedicated to the study and conservation of all mammals of the British Isles.
Since 1954, we have surveyed and monitored mammals to help identify population declines and vulnerable species, and have been the national voice campaigning for mammals; ensuring issues are effectively addressed in conservation policy development.
We support a large network of mammal experts and enthusiasts, working to survey, monitor and research mammals, learn more about them and secure their future.
