Nightjar Monitoring on Dersingham Bog National Nature Reserve.

This is a volunteer opportunity to help with one of the UK's longest standing nightjar studies on Dersingham Bog NNR, in collaboration with the BTO. We are looking for committed and flexible volunteers to help us undertake nightjar nest finding and Surveying on Dersingham Bog NNR in order to help monitor their success and productivity rates as well as satellite tag some adults in order to learn more about feeding areas alongside a BTO study. 

This role will be flexible through the summer months from May through to August, mainly on Mondays and Wednesdays but is extremely weather dependent, some lone working may be required but most of the time will be working within a team. 

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers of all differing abilities to help us continue with this study, any PPE required will be provided by the Natural England team as well as travel expenses covered.
