Croydon Community Energy is looking for pro-bono/voluntary support from a legal professional.

After receiving funding from the London Community Energy Fund (LCEF), we are working on our first two new exciting projects. We currently don't have anyone in our team with a legal background, and need support in reviewing our current documentation, preparing lease contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and Community Share Offer documentation.

Our work will allow us to increase solar power on community buildings, which in turn generates profit to help fund fuel poverty support and environmental education.

Ideally, we are seeking:

• Qualified lawyer or solicitor
• Background in renewable energy contracts/lease arrangements
• Able to provide ad-hoc legal support in our group

We can also cover your reasonable expenses, and will be applying for more funding in the future.
