Are you passionate about wildlife and nature? Do you love using that passion to inspire others? Do you need to gain experience and make your CV or application stand out to potential employers? Then read on to find out about the Inspiring People Voluntary Traineeship at Spurn National Nature Reserve, which is currently open for applications.

You will spend your days delivering events, offering a warm welcome to people visiting, ensuring a high standard of publicity and engaging with visitors, to ensure that everyone who comes to us has a fantastic experience. On a quiet summer evening you can be scanning flocks of waders for that rare find, the east coast is well known for attracting migrating rarities. Or if that doesn’t suit you, stroll along the beach looking for what treasures the tide has brought in. While on still clear winter evenings you can enjoy the stars, as the haunting call of seals reach you across the water.

As Spurn is remote we can offer Voluntary Trainees free accommodation on-site which includes utility bills!

Closing date for applications is 9am, Thursday 24th June and Interviews will take place on Tuesday 29th June
