Closing date: 9am, Monday 15th March 2021
Interview date: TBA

Join CPRE The countryside charity’s board as we pursue our exciting new strategy towards a beautiful and thriving countryside that’s accessible to everyone.

We are looking for two new trustees and are keen to ensure our board is diverse and represents our whole society, therefore applications from people from a broad range of backgrounds, regions, and first-time trustees are particularly of interest. We are looking to balance the gender on our board as two of our trustees will come to the end of their terms this year.

We seek a range of skills and experiences including a strategic understanding of fundraising and marketing; the role of the board; a customer and member-focus; and commercial acumen combined with a strong understanding of the charity sector. We’re also looking for knowledge or experience of rural policy and the rural sector in one of our trustees. All will be passionate about the countryside and the opportunities and benefits it provides.

The time commitment is around one day a month and the initial term of office is three years.
