Living Seas Ambassador

Across North and East Yorkshire we are looking for support at events to inspire people about the marine environment and the work of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. We’re looking for Living Seas Ambassadors who will help us to reach even more people. You’ll be teamed up with staff at events to talk to the people we meet there. You will be sharing your passion for wildlife with the people you meet by talking to them and telling our stories and also involving families in simple craft activities.Follow the link to find more information about the role of Living Seas Ambassador.

Inspiring People Volunteer

Our marine wildlife is amazing and we want to tell everyone! Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is creating a county rich in wildlife and we need passionate, inspiring volunteers to share the wonders of nature with people across Yorkshire. From the Living Seas Centre the Trust runs regular events from education sessions with local schools to Living Seas Safari boat trips and Seashore Safaris for the public. We are looking for people who can inspire others and help us to delivery these events throughout the year. Follow the link to find more information about the role of Inspiring People Volunteer.

Welcome Volunteer

The Living Seas Centre is a fantastic interpretation and education facility that promotes the fantastic marine life to be found off the coast of Yorkshire alongside championing The Wildlife Trust’s vision for ‘Living Seas’. We welcome thousands for visitors every year from families, to folk on holiday and school groups. We are looking for volunteers who can be the ‘face’ of the centre and help with its day-to-day running. Follow the link to find more information about the role of Welcome Volunteer.
