We particularly welcome applicants with specific skills and experience to offer, including:

  • Fundraising¬†- strategy, techniques, grant bid writing, collaborative bids, philanthropy
  • Human Resources - staff management, policies and procedures
  • Legal and Governance - experience of charitable or voluntary sector law and governance
  • Communications - reaching wider audiences through online publicity, content creation, social media, press, community outreach etc
  • Partnership Development - corporate donors or engagement, corporate volunteering, community/voluntary or statutory sector partnerships or collaborations
  • Mental health - clinical, management, lived experience, assessment and evaluation
  • Garden Development - understanding of permaculture, garden design, organic food production, plants and wildlife
