Do you love being outdoors? Are you passionate about nature? Could you help us inspire the next generation about the wonders of wildlife? Then this could be the role for you!

Wildlife Watch is the junior branch of The Wildlife Trusts and the UK’s leading environmental action club for kids. There are hundreds of local Watch groups throughout the UK where young people get stuck into environmental activities. Here at Scottish Wildlife Trust's Jupiter Urban Wildlife Centre in Grangemouth we have two Wildlife Watch groups - our junior group for ages 8-12 and our youth group for secondary school-aged children.

We are looking for new leaders to assist with the running of our Wildlife Watch groups, from supporting the delivery of activities to helping plan themes and activities for future sessions.  Ideal candidates will be creative, with an interest in wildlife, and enthusiastic about helping children and young people to have fun discovering the natural world. Enjoying the outdoors is a must as much of this role will involve being outside. Useful but not essential skills include experience of working with children/young people, experience or knowledge of conservation and wildlife, and holding a first aid qualification.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an excellent environmental education group and to inspire the next generation to care about our natural world.
