We are looking for a volunteer to join the Norfolk Bat Survey team to assist in several areas, including helping us administer bat recordings sent in on SD cards by volunteers, sending out survey results, answering questions from the public on the project and on bats, and help with troubleshooting / bat detector questions.

If you have an interest in bats or enthusiasm to learn about bats and acoustic monitoring, then we would love to hear from you. You will join a small friendly team and work closely with the project survey organiser, Hazel Evans, and Senior Research Ecologist, Stuart Newson in the Population and Modelling Team; enabling you to develop knowledge, skills and experience whilst contributing across a range of important areas and helping to engage more people and a wider audience in BTO’s work.

We are looking for someone to volunteer for a minimum of two half days a week, days and hours to suit the individual.
