Are you looking for experience in the environment sector? We are looking for someone to help our Reserves team in the practical management of Darland Banks, a nature reserve in the Medway area, by assisting with the following:

  • practical management
  • working with/leading volunteers
  • working with stock graziers and Trust livestock
  • surveys ad monitoring
  • publicity and promotion of the Trust and its work
  • health and safety

Training and certification will be given in specific skills where this is required. This is an unpaid voluntary role however, travel expenses and a tailored training programme will be provided.

Kent Wildlife Trust is one of the largest of the 47 Wildlife Trusts and has the simple aim of protecting Kent's wildlife for the future. We are working to restore biodiversity, focusing on the restoration, recreation and reconnection of wildlife habitats, linking them to the green space in our cities, towns and villages. Our vision is to rebuild nature by working with landowners, local communities and partner organisations to create a Living Landscape.
