MARINElife VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:

VOLUNTEER EVENTS AND SMALL FUNDS MANAGER

Location: Nationwide

MARINElife are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated volunteer to manage teams and individuals to help raise funds and attend events to support the charity's important scientific, conservation and education work.

MARINElife is a UK-based charity that has become one of Europe’s leading scientific and data recording organisations. We have been carrying out important work in the English Channel, North Sea and the Bay of Biscay since 1995 and are a charity run almost exclusively by dedicated and experienced volunteers. We are now looking for a volunteer who is not only enthusiastic but passionate about the natural world to help support our work by raising small funds and organising attendance at events.

This role would suit a range of volunteers, including graduates looking for experience within marine conservation, retirees or simply those with a similar passion and a desire to help. Some funding raising experience, basic numeracy and the ability to motivate people would be desirable qualities. For further information and a full job description please contact us on:

Further information about MARINElife can be found on our website.

Deadline for receipt of application is Friday 21st December 2018. Interviews will be conducted in January / Feb 2019.
