An exciting opportunity to work with a small Ranger team in a stunning coastal property. Carrying out practical estate management work throughout the area - part of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Working with the team, you will learn practical conservation skills and high quality site management to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience throughout the estate that we manage.

Working 4 days a week for 6 months. Training provided and free accommodation in shared bungalow in a beautiful but isolated location 20 minutes from the workshop.

Skills and qualifications required:

Some experience in working with volunteers and other groups with a good understanding of the countryside and recreation. Experience of the use of hand tools. Excellent communication skills and a ‘have a go’ attitude and drive to improve and succeed. Ability to work outside in all weathers. Driving license and own transport essential.
