We are looking for a volunteer for 2 days a week for 3 months to help the Corporate Partnerships team to develop new relationships. This will involve analysis of business sectors, research into prospective corporate partners, preparation of associated documents and updating of our prospect database.

The RSPB is embarking on a new Corporate Partnerships strategy and is looking to engage with business on a transformational level to grow support and deliver income for the organisation.

If you're interested in gaining valuable experience of working in a corporate fundraising environment and making a valuable contribution to the work of the RSPB we'd love to hear from you.

This role can be based either at RSPB HQ - Sandy, from our London office, our Cambridge Office or from home.

This opportunity will suit someone looking to develop a career in corporate fundraising and is also suitable for a more experienced person looking to get back into these field and support our work.

Working within the Corporate Partnerships team, this is a varied role helping support the development of relationships with businesses keen to grow support for nature and deliver income for the RSPB.

The role will involve conducting analysis of particular industry sectors, competitor research, researching prospective partners, preparing associated documents and updating our prospect database.

You will need a proactive attitude and ability to think on your feet, excellent written English and strong communication and organisational skills.

Appropriate training will be provided and expenses will be re-imbursed where necessary.

The RSPB is the UK charity working to secure a healthy environment for birds and wildlife, helping to create a better world for all of us. We belong to BirdLife International, the global partnership of bird conservation organisations.

Your time and skills could make a real difference to the work of the RSPB and it would be great if you could join us.
