We need someone who can commit to once a fortnight on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The commitment can be flexible to suit the volunteer.
This role is not suitable for wheelchair users or under 16s.

Do you enjoy chatting to people? Welcome new members to Cumbria Wildlife Trust over the phone at our office in Plumgarths
We are looking for a friendly volunteer who is happy to chat over the phone, to join our Membership Development Team.
You would be calling people who have recently joined Cumbria Wildlife Trust to thank them for joining and for their ongoing support and to answer any queries they may have about their membership.
- Excellent telephone manner; friendly, polite
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work independently
- This role is vital in helping us keep up excellent communications with our members and thank them for their on-going support
- Training provided
You will be based at our offices at Plumgarths near Kendal where we can provide a meeting room for you to work in on your own.
