Location: Flexible within the UK. Home-based or blended working (home and office-based from our offices in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Belfast).
Salary: £20,008 per annum + benefits.

Energy Saving Trust is looking to recruit a Telephone Advisor on a permanent contract to work on the Sustainable Warmth Scheme.

If you have experience working in a call centre, proven ability of delivering high standards of customer service and are interested in energy saving initiatives, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for individuals to join our team who can work independently whilst working towards team targets. Someone who has good IT skills, excellent telephone, and customer care skills.

In this role you will ensure all enquiries are answered and accurately recorded within specified service levels and time scales, whilst talking customers through the defined eligibility criteria for a UK Government funded grant scheme. The scheme enables households on low incomes or in receipt of benefits to have energy efficient improvements made to their homes. You will also be encouraging eligible householders to take the next steps towards having those improvements installed in their home.

The role available is a full-time, permanent position, which carry a blended working approach. This means that you could be based both at home and in the office. Working hours are Monday -Friday 9-5pm. No weekends or Bank holidays.
