About Frampton Marsh and The RSPB
Situated on the Lincolnshire shore of The Wash, Frampton Marsh is the UK’s most important estuary for wildlife, set up to bring nature closer to you. Located just 4 miles from the Lincolnshire town of Boston, it is primarily made up of wetlands, reedbeds, large freshwater scrapes and wet grassland. The reserve is an internationally important place for wintering wildfowl and a crucial place for both migrating and breeding waders.
Frampton Marsh is one of the best places for wildlife in the UK. It is at the leading edge of visitor and habitat nature conservation planning. Facilities include a visitor centre, more than 3km of accessible footpaths to explore and three hides - two with 360-degree views. Our café is brand-new for 2022, reflecting our desire to enhance the experience for the 50,000 visitors who visit us every year.
Food & Beverage plays an important role in helping The RSPB to deliver its strategy. Income raised from the sale of food and drink allows us to continue funding important conservation projects, public education, and advocacy for nature.
For this role, you will need to be available to work during the day, on weekends, and Bank holiday working will also be essential.
