Low Carbon Project Officer / Adviser (Full-time)

37 hours per week
£35,019 FTE pro rata depending on experience + benefits (including a sales bonus)

This role will cover two programs, 3 days per week will be spent assisting in the delivery of a new programme, working with businesses to identify, engage, and support in the completion of a carbon calculator, and subsequent reduction plan. The scheme will be based within Milton Keynes.

2 days will be spent supporting the Low Carbon Workspaces programme within the South East Midlands. To help businesses identify energy and resource efficiency projects towards which they can apply for grant funding. To assist businesses with the grant application and claim process. To help appraise applications, monitor the performance of funded projects and report on progress.

Both positions require promotion to SMEs within South East Midlands through liaison with suppliers, partners, identified stakeholders and by working closely with the Ngage Marketing Team.

Our team members work remotely, usually from their home, supported by innovative technology and tools. This allows us to be agile and cost efficient and it allows our employees to better juggle their work and home life. You will be required to attend ad hoc meetings in person usually within Buckinghamshire.
