Outdoor Education Instructor 

At Ecoventure our goal is to increase environmental awareness and inspire young people though outdoor education and Adventure.

We are looking to employ enthusiastic people with a passion for outdoor education and the environment who can help us meet this goal. Utilising a wide variety of activities we aim to engage, develop and challenge the students who travel with us, their conceptions of themselves, their peers and the environment around them.

We are currently recruiting for Instructors (Trips, Multi Activity, Field Study, Trekking, Water Sports and High Ropes) for our 2022-23 season;

From our base in the UAE we also run trips to Sri Lanka, Georgia, Malaysia, Nepal and Oman.

Instructor Salary: AED3,500 - 5,000/month (dependent on qualifications & experience) + accommodation, meals & flight allowance + training courses

Senior Instructor Salary: AED4,500-5,000/month (dependent on qualifications & experience) + accommodation, meals & flight allowance + training courses

Training Course - We will run 2 courses. Either ERCA Traditional ropes course instructor, Paddle Sports Instructor and Wilderness First Aid at the start of April. 

Package includes monthly salary, flight allowance, accommodation, meals, visa, health insurance, paid leave (for contracts over 6 months).
