More people than ever before are concerned about the safety, sustainability, and ethical integrity of the goods they buy, and transparency of the supply chain is fundamental to this assurance. For global businesses, it’s vital that they – and their suppliers – can provide assurance to customers and colleagues that their products meet the highest standards.

Track Record Global is a sector-leading UK success story: we enable our clients to meet their environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments by providing transparent, consistent and verifiable ESG data mapped throughout their supply chains. Working with global businesses and 4,000+ suppliers in over 50 countries, our unique and proven methodology has been developed over the past 15 years. Our experts assemble and review the evidence to mitigate ESG risk across the range of sectors and industries, so that clients not only meet all their statutory responsibilities, but also fulfil their ESG ambitions.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join us in a crucial senior management role, in which you’ll be an important member of our Executive Leadership Team. Your principal focus will be the efficient running of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that we deliver the very highest quality service; but we’re growing fast, and we’ll also look to you for intelligent, innovative and scalable ways to deliver continuous improvement across the whole client experience. Every client is different, and a large part of this role will be understanding how we can deliver both standard and bespoke workflows that maintain our rigour and authority, balancing the needs of new and existing clients to deliver sustained growth and commercial success.

You’re likely to have a strong process / operations background and will understand how complex expert specialisms integrate to produce a comprehensive and high-quality product. Good people skills are essential, and you will have extensive experience of balancing competing pressures in a comparable setting. We are open-minded as to your career to date – examples could include a policy department, high-tech manufacturing or a knowledge business – but you must have the professional experience and confidence to acquire the specific technical knowledge that will establish your credibility rapidly, the analytical and communications skills to bring people with you, and a deep personal commitment to the principles that underpin our work.
