The role

• This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference for people struggling to get by, as well as action on climate change. Based in our Renewables Team this role will work on major grant schemes supporting non-profit organisations across England, Scotland and Wales to help people struggling with their energy bills, reduce carbon emissions and stimulate innovation on energy issues.
• The role will provide administrative support to our major grants team helping to keep grant funds flowing to support projects promoting energy justice, supporting people in vulnerable situations, stimulating innovation and reducing carbon emissions.

What you’ll do

• Carry out checks to ensure that processes are followed, and correct information is collected and stored for our grant programmes
• Support other team members in arranging events, corresponding with grantees and applicants and processing reports, grant applications and grant claims.
• Managing the scheme email inbox and folder system.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent Administration and organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and teamworking skills
• Results orientated with the ability to work to set targets and deadlines

This is a permanent, home-based position. We are open to flexible working patterns and blended (home and office-based from any of our offices in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast) working is possible for this role.
