Would you like to be part of an organization that sits at the heart of an extensive global network to drive transformational change on reducing inequality, tackling climate change and protecting our natural world?

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with the Capitals Coalition - a purpose driven global collaboration transforming the way decisions are made by including the value provided by nature, people and society. The Capitals Coalition hosts an open, pre-competitive space for organizations to share best practice, tackle collective challenges, and co-create solutions. Our ambition is that by 2030 the majority of business, finance and government will include all capitals in their decision making (that is natural, social, human and produced capitals), to deliver a fairer, just, and more sustainable world.

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and skillful Community Engagement Officer with a keen eye for detail, to play a core role in the delivery of our Collaboration Program.

You will support the Collaboration Program to raise the profile of the capitals approach, work closely with our communications team, and promote the Coalition’s work by curating active, global communities. You will be responsible for a range of tasks - from supporting engagement with organizations, to delivering curated webinars and learning events, to collecting new evidence supporting our ambition. You will help drive strong engagement and communication to ensure impact across all our digital channels, such as our social media and online Community, helping to make the value of nature and people accessible to all.

If you have a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, great communication and organizational skills, can work independently, and thrive on a variety of topics to work on – then this role is for you. If you’re dynamic with great interpersonal skills and believe the decisions we make need to include nature and people – then we want to hear from you!
