CSX Carbon is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated team players to join us as we continue our journey of collecting and analysing data on Natural Capital, forest and peatland carbon stocks across the UK and Europe.

These new roles are core steps in expanding the work CSX is doing to transform carbon offsetting MRV from ‘Monitoring, Reporting & Verification’ to ‘MEASUREMENT, Monitoring & Verification’.

Through our development plan CSX are creating the infrastructure for a transformative, trusted carbon and Natural Capital market. Offering land managers a fair return for environmental land management, that will therefore encourage them to positively deliver Nature Based Solutions in the fight against the Climate Emergency. The CSX infrastructure will provide businesses a transparent, verified audit trail for carbon and Natural Capital credits.

Together we will connect land managers and businesses in order to deliver Nature Based Solutions and accelerate positive actions in the fight against the Climate and Biodiversity Crisis.

The jobholders will expand the CSX team, gathering and analysing site data relating to changes in the natural world resulting from environmental land management such as tree planting, peatland restoration and wetland creation. These data gathering techniques include satellites, drones both optical and LIDAR, Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, scientific instruments and traditional manual methods.

These career opportunities in our early stage and innovative business are fundamental to allowing CSX Carbon to bring trustable carbon supply to the voluntary carbon market, by supporting land owners in managing their own natural capital and enabling buyers to independently demonstrate and verify their climate actions. CSX Carbon are progressing Forest, Peatland and Natural Capital scientific research in collaboration with world-leading academic and government institutions. Demonstratable through carbon observatories, Documented through the CSX Platform and Scalable by employing multiple measurement technologies. To learn more visit www.csxcarbon.com
