Volunteer Development Officer

We’re looking for an engaging individual to focus on our work to recruit, train, communicate with and celebrate volunteers, including those from a broader range of backgrounds.

You will be instrumental in promoting volunteering opportunities, setting up a mentoring programme, and supporting volunteer training and development, to enable our volunteers to get the most out of their time spent working with us.

You will have experience of working with volunteers and/or in the charity sector, will be able to create and deliver training, and resources, for a wide range of audiences, will be well organised, self-motivated and will have excellent communication skills.
