Senior Partnerships Officer

Salary £28,000 - £30,000

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (The Trust) is experiencing unprecedented demand from businesses wanting to be associated with a well-respected charity and proven authority on bumblebee conservation.

The Trust is looking for a new full-time Senior Partnerships Officer to meet this demand and play a vital role in shaping the future of business partnerships within the Trust.

Your primary role will be to proactively develop, grow and account manage partnerships with a range of businesses and to co-ordinate activities across the Trust.

You will be pivotal in raising income to deliver the Trust’s programme of growth and strategic plan objectives.

Working alongside the CEO and Fundraising Manager, you will contribute to the overall fundraising strategy, develop new business and create opportunities that inspire long term financial support.

You will be a dynamic, personable individual with a proven track record of working with businesses and delivering effective partnerships.

You will have strong written and verbal communications skills and experience of building effective relationships with users and stakeholders remotely.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Trust’s office in Eastleigh, home-based or hybrid arrangement.
