Energy Saving Trust is a leading and trusted organisation, dedicated to promoting energy efficiency, low carbon transport and sustainable energy use. We aim to address the climate emergency and deliver the wider benefits of clean energy as we transition to net zero.

The Energy Saving Trust is looking to recruit a Telephone Advisor on a fixed term contract with a possibility of an extension to join our team in delivering effective and informative advice to householders on energy efficiency across the South Wales region.

If you have experience working in a call centre, proven ability of delivering high standards of customer service and are interested in energy saving initiatives, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for individuals to join our team who can work independently whilst working towards team targets. Someone who has good IT skills, excellent telephone and customer care skills and experience of engaging with members of the public.

You will be required to conduct outbound calls to customers (throughout the South Wales region) to customers who are vulnerable due to reasons of health, property or situation.

Your ability to plan and prioritise work is essential in this busy environment, along with your solid experience of providing telephone advice and delivering customer service to a high standard will prepare you well for this position. Your team player and enthusiastic attitude will ensure your success in reaching time-bound targets.

The role available is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 March 2023. The role carries a blended home-based/office working approach from our office in Cardiff.
