Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity delivering over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimisation, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprise in improving their environment.

The position of Water Efficiency Engagement Team Manager is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to work in a vital role delivering our partnership programme to our clients.

Where London and the South-East have been identified as key areas of ‘Severe Water Stress’ by the UK Government, it is vital that we find sustainable ways to use water wisely, reduce wastage and learn to save water for generations to come.

The Water Efficiency Engagement Team Manager will be responsible for the management of our engagement teams who ensure a smooth end-to-end service for our customers. A passionate individual with experience in people management is crucial, as well as a keen eye for operational efficiencies and a drive to deliver continuous improvement. This role will involve meeting strict targets and deadlines.

The Water Efficiency Engagement Team Manager will need a strong understanding of CSAT/CMEX reporting and be able to factor this in to crucial, fast-paced decision making. The clear communications delegated to staff and delivered to customers will be essential in this role, alongside the ability to support and motivate your team, bringing out the best in them individually and as a team.

A strong understanding and experience with call recording and GDPR requirements is desirable.
