We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our EV Infrastructure team and help in the delivery of a range of transport infrastructure projects. This role will primarily focus on the delivery of the Domestic Charge Point grant but there will be opportunities to support the wider EV Infrastructure team. You will play a key role in ensuring that all applications, payments and emails are processed within the service level agreement. As part of a team, you will ensure that our customer service experience remains world class and will help to support applicants through each stage of the process.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be able to work quickly and accurately with the ability to follow strict funding criteria and identify mistakes in the application process. You will work well as part of a team, be comfortable using an online application portal and a shared email inbox. With an interest in sustainability you will have a desire to learn, contribute to other projects and help to improve processes to improve our delivery.
You must have experience of performing administrative tasks to assist in stakeholder engagement and communication, and of managing spreadsheets and documents containing large amounts of information. An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, you will have solid IT skills and have an understanding of the preparation and maintenance of monitoring, assessment and reporting procedures.

This is a full time, fixed term position. Blended (home and office-based) working is possible for this role.
