A keen interest in outreach and education is essential along with an understanding of pollinators and their conservation priorities. Excellent communication and engagement skills are vital to the success of this role as you will be delivering workshops, talks and leading bug walks. Experience of working with project partners, members of the public, community groups, volunteers and landowners is required. Project management and budgetary experience is desirable.

This is an exciting time to join Buglife as we expand our invertebrate conservation work in the West Midlands. The role will be home- based and is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2022.
