Fixed term – 12 months, full-time 35 hours

We are looking for a Land Management Officer in our West team. The successful candidate will help to deliver practical management of the Trust’s nature reserves and work with neighbouring landowners to focusing on priority habitat and threatened species in the Forest of Dean.

We are seeking to appoint a responsible and enthusiastic candidate for a job that delivers nature’s recovery through land management. With a passion for wildlife, the post holder will have a particular interest in heathland management, conservation grazing, ancient woodlands and meadows. Equally comfortable working individually or as part of a team, the candidate will have a diplomatic and personable approach and be capable of engaging and enthusing volunteers and members of the public.
