Database Analysis & Insight Manager (Ref: SUS3044)

£31,369 per annum

37.5 hours per week – 6 month contract - based in central Bristol (initial home working will be expected)

About the role

This exciting new role will manage the fundraising database, ensuring all data capture is GDPR compliant and in line with the Fundraising Regulator requirements as well as lead on an audit of the database and make recommendations on developments and how to improve data capture across different areas of fundraising and supporter engagement workflow to ensure integration and accuracy. 

About you

We are looking for an experienced database manager with substantial experience of supporting complex and diverse data, project management of implementing new systems, producing procedures and training others. With proven experience of creating key statistical insight, you will have excellent analytical and reporting skills, preferably in a fundraising environment, line management experience and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Time management, demonstrable experience of applying data protection regulations, an understanding of the gift aid scheme and HMRC requirements for auditing are essential. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport. If you are interested in a big role within a small key team, we look forward to receiving your application.
