Well-established and highly regarded sustainability and energy consultancy, SRE Ltd, is looking for an Energy Consultant to be a part of our growing Energy Team. SRE provides independent sustainability and energy advice to developers, architects and contractors on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The services we offer include Dynamic Modelling; Internal Daylight Modelling; Daylight, Sunlight Overshadowing; Parametric Studies; CFD; Pedestrian Wind Comfort Studies; Building Performance Optimisation; Thermal Comfort & Overheating; Visual Comfort and Reflection Studies; M&E Optimisation; Thermal Bridge Calculations; Water Use; Dynamic Condensation Risk Analysis; Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies; BREEAM certification; SAP/SBEM calculations; WELL; Sustainability and Energy Statements; Building Regulation Compliance.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of building performance, energy generation and/or building services and energy modelling (SAP/IES/iSBEM). A relevant degree and/or qualification, understanding of daylight/sunlight and thermal comfort and experience of CAD and Rhino/Grasshopper are beneficial but not essential.

The job will be full-time, based in our office near Petersfield, Hampshire and the salary will be dependent on experience and ability.
