The Company:

To achieve this, we provide insights on the energy market from wholesale, retail, regulatory and policy perspectives to our clients, facilitating informed business decisions.

The wholesale and Regulation team research and analyse information for regular subscription reports on the energy market. Supporting bespoke research and delivery of information for key clients. Actively participate in enhancing research and identifying new areas of commercial opportunity.

The Position:

We are looking for two analysts to join our Wholesale and Regulation teams. In addition to a competitive salary, our standard benefits include:

  • Responsible for authoring high quality and punctual content for a suite of publications including products covering wholesale market prices, regulation, and renewables support schemes
  • Responsible for gathering information, inputting data, and identifying key trends or relevant impacts to customers
  • Develop knowledge of the wholesale generation, regulation and renewables markets and the wider energy industry through research, regular reporting, webinars, and knowledge sharing meetings to keep content fresh and up to date
  • Effectively communicate the key outputs of the research to the team and customers, focusing the information to the audience
  • Take a proactive role in the team, contributing ideas and leanings to the business and customers
  • Explore new commercial opportunities through customer contact
  • Provide support to team members as required
  • Involvement in team ad-hoc projects as required
  • Contribute to supporting the training business
