Energy Saving Trust has a fantastic opportunity join the Transport team in Edinburgh working on a combination of the Switched on Fleets programme, our business transport advice service and our supply chain engagement activities. We are looking for an individual who is confident working with large data sets in Excel, personable with great verbal and written communication skills, and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Programme Manager Technical Projects, you will assist with all elements of programme management. This will include: engaging with a variety of external stakeholders; managing, filing and analysing datasets; business report writing and proof reading; and delivering presentations to clients as and when required.

You will be a highly motivated individual, with a strong knowledge of low carbon transport technologies and the environmental impact of transport. You must also have the excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively manage client relationships. A graduate in a relevant discipline with experience in the sector, you will also be an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent report writing, work prioritisation and interpersonal skills. Confidence in Excel and other IT programmes is essential.
