Landscape Engagement Facilitator

The Devonshire Educational Trust

Three-Year funded contract (full-time or job-share)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Landscape Engagement Facilitator based in the Chatsworth Gardens. The role, supported by the Ernest Cook Trust, will be part of the Devonshire Educational Trust and collaborate closely with colleagues in the Gardens.

We are looking for one or two individuals to combine excellent mentoring and facilitation skills. The post holders will support garden staff, trainees and volunteers in developing their engagement skills with identified audience groups. They will also lead on working with community groups and harder to reach groups on projects based in the Garden and at the Stickyard, our outdoor learning centre.

We are happy to accept applications that would work as a job-share, so please do include your availability for work on your application.

This role will be fixed for three years due to external funding and subject to a disclosure (DBS) check.

Please indicate your preference for full-time hours or job share in your application.
