We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Service Delivery team based in our Edinburgh office. You will be primarily responsible for providing effective administrative support to a variety of grant & loan programmes we manage on behalf of the Scottish Government and other funders.

You will verify the information provided in the grant/loan applications received and claims for grants against a set criterion, following up on further information with applicants, installers and other internal teams as necessary. The role has a real focus on customer service and delivering an effective customer journey is essential to the role.

You will have strong administrative experience and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Experience of collating and reporting statistics and managing financial records is also desirable.
