Futures Manager

About the role

You will support the Head of Engagement and the Head of Futures by researching new opportunities, undertaking market analysis work, supporting stakeholder and partner management activity, and preparing and project managing funding bids. Supporting the Business Engagement Senior Manager where required. You will undertake horizon scanning activity and research on business markets and supply chains, understanding UK Government policy and strategy as it relates to business and industry growth. You will support on engaging with businesses and other external partners to identify and develop ambitious opportunities for environmental science and innovation solutions.

About you

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with the ability to demonstrate analytical and creative thinking, you will also have excellent organisational and project management skills and experience of preparing business cases and business/commercial proposals.
